Steinway “B” is set up and original soundboard is removed. Next the glue from the inner rim will be removed.
Steinway “B” is set up and ready to start restoration. Now is the time to take measurements and locations of all the parts of the instrument.
This Steinway “B” is in the shop for complete rebuilding and refinishing. This will include new action parts, back action, soundboard and pinblock just to name a few of the major components that will be replaced.
